    • 3 posts per week (12/month) with captions written in your brand voice

    • Visual ideas provided for each post to align with your branding

    • Hashtag strategy included to maximize reach

    • Recommended posting times for each piece of content

    • Easy-to-follow monthly calendar layout for consistent posting

    • Content-only package — posting and account management not included

      Perfect for business owners who want to post themselves but need professional guidance and structure

  • $600/month

    • 2 platforms managed (e.g., Instagram & Facebook)

      • 3 posts per week (12/month), including a mix of photos, graphics, and videos — up to 2 of these can be edited Reels. (Content will be shared identically to both platforms for consistency and reach)

      • Captions written for your brand voice + hashtag strategy

      • Posts scheduled and managed across all platforms

      • 2 in person content sessions/month (Lexington area, up to 1 hour each)

      • Priority communication (via text, voice memo, or email)

  • Add any of these to your package, or purchase them individually as needed.

    • Event Content Session (recording + edited reels)

    • Reels or TikTok Editing – Short-form video editing for higher engagement

    • Additional Platform – Add another social media platform to your management plan

    • Account Setup – Full setup for new or existing platforms (bio, profile image, business info)

    • Engagement support (replying to comments and DMs during business hours)

Meet The Founder

Hi, I’m Maddie Baute, the founder and owner of

The Social Plan LLC

Born and raised in Frankfort, KY, I now call Lexington home. I joined the Army National Guard at 17 to help pay for college and walked away with a strong sense of discipline, purpose, and pride that still drives me today.

I earned my degree in Interior Design from Western Kentucky University, but along the way, I found my passion in storytelling, especially through social media and branding. Helping small businesses build confidence online felt like a natural next step.

What I love most about this work is the connection it fosters. Social media enables us to connect with people we might never have met otherwise, and I believe every business has a story worth sharing.

With a creative background and military foundation, I bring structure, clarity, and heart to every project. I built The Social Plan to help local businesses grow confidently and consistently without the overwhelm.
